Theodore led StoryFile’s presence at top national conferences — including American Alliance of Museums (AAM), CES, SXSW, and Tribeca. Responsibilities included booth design, on-site coordination, technology setup, A/V and client engagement. He ensured smooth technical execution, from staging to audience engagement, representing the company’s cutting-edge work to industry leaders.These activations and live demos showcased AI-powered interactive interviews and opened doors to strategic B2B partnerships.

Beyond conferences, Theodore collaborated with cultural institutions to implement Dimensions in Testimony and other StoryFile-powered exhibits across the U.S. and abroad. This included working with museums such as the Japanese American National Museum (JANM) and the DuSable Museum of African American History, where immersive installations introduced visitors to interactive survivor and witness testimony. His role spanned content coordination, A/V integration, and curating visitor experiences that balanced education with emotional resonance.
